We have brought together our favorite wedding vendors to create a package that covers all of the essentials for a simple elopement ceremony (Photography, Indoor Venue, Officiant, Flowers & Celebration)

All that's left for you to do is get your marriage license, pick out what you want to wear, and hop in the car with your sweetheart, and head over to The Foundry in Uintah, Utah and Jenn will get you MARRIED!

  • 1 Hour of Photography Coverage
    Full online gallery of all the images from your day
    Sneak peeks are delivered within 48-72 hours, and the full gallery is delivered in about 4 weeks.
    Basic video can be added, at a discounted rate of $500.00

OFFICIANT SERVICES- by Wilde Heart Weddings (Jenn)

  • Complimentary initial consultation by phone.

  • Personalized Elopement Ceremony        

    • This elopement ceremony is still short and sweet (but not too short) while still being intentional, and focused on you and your partner. I provide basic customization, and the ceremony will include, at a minimum: a beautiful introduction, declaration of intent (traditional, I Do’s), ring exchange, and pronouncement. The ceremony is shared with you online in advance, editable in real-time, so you can feel comfortable with the ceremony; please note this ceremony can be changed, but only basic revisions can be made to the ceremony for this service option. 

  • Ceremony Additions 

    • Incorporate any ceremony additions (For example: handfasting, ring warming, or unity candle)

  • Help With Vows

    •  Access to 2 different guides to help you get started.

    •   A selection of pre-written vows you can choose from if you don't want to write your own.

  • Printed keepsake copy of your ceremony.

  • Processing of the legal marriage license.

    • Information and guidance on options for obtaining a Utah Marriage License

    •  Reminders of when to apply for the license, and making sure it is obtained in a timely manner.

    •  PDF of the completed license sent to your email within 3 days of the ceremony.

​FLOWERS - Rental Flowers For The Couple by Wild Escape Floral

 

  • Couples Flowers (Bouquet & Boutonniere is standard, but we can change this up if needed!)

    • Couples Flowers 

    • The bouquet is Medium-sized. We also provide boutonniere to match.

    • You will get a smaller matching mini bouquet as a keepsake, that will also be used as cake decor!

CELEBRATION - Cake & Champagne

  • 4" Single Tier Wedding Cake

    • It is decorated with simple touches (flowers and berries) to match your theme

    • Flavors offered will be Red Velvet or Vanilla

  • Bottle of Champagne, Sparkling Cider and Water 

  • Rental Supplies & Decor

    • Cake stand and Server/Cutting Set, Plates & Cutlery, Champagne Glasses

    • Pickup and transportation to the ceremony or celebration site​​​

INDOOR LOCATION FOR CEREMONY - The Foundry in Uintah, Utah

  • Special pricing through The Foundry, for this package only!​​

  • 1-hour rental of the Venue is included

  • Very basic decor is included (basic arch) with simple accents.

There are guidelines and limitations to this package { Exclusions } 

Limitations & exclusions for this package

  • 1 hour of venue rental is included, as well as 1 hour of photography coverage, Video can be added, make sure to mention that when you inquire for pricing.

  • No exclusions or substitutions, this package is all-inclusive there will be no discounts given for services omitted.

  • This package must be booked and paid in full by February 9th, 2024

  • Only the dates: 2/13/2024 - 2/14/2024 - 2/15/2024 are eligible for this discounted package. However, we can offer a slightly different package outside of those dates.

  • We have made it simple, you book directly through Wild Heart Weddings and we coordinate with everyone else to make your perfect elopement day flawless; because of this, you must pay in full at the time of booking.

  • Elopement is specified by no more than 8 additional guests

    • (The Couple getting married is not included in that number)​
